We’re writing to announce a few important changes to our video + aerial listing services. For years, we’ve offered two distinct video services, our ‘Standard’ and ‘Premier’ video. We’re officially merging those two video services into one listing video, our new standard!
What does this mean?
- All listing videos will include our ‘premier’ style video shots. These cinematic detail shots are captured with upgraded lenses and camera equipment, leading to an all-around better video experience.
- Video pricing changes: All listing videos will now be priced at $350 as a standalone service or a $175 add-on service. This is a $150 savings for anyone previously ordering ‘Premier’ and an increase of $75 for anyone previously ordering ‘Standard.’
- Aerial pricing change: Aerial service will increase to a $350 single service and to $175 as an add-on.
- Vertical & Horizontal: You’ll still be able to choose if you want your listing video filmed vertically for social media reels, horizontally for MLS & YouTube, or both!
- All other services: Photography, 3D, floorplans, twilights, etc. will remain at their existing price!
Why are we making the changes?
- We’re committed to delivering a higher-quality listing video. We want to deliver our ‘Premier’ video to every customer.
- This price change allows us to invest resources into providing a better service! This includes photographer training, gear, customer service systems, and a new integrated print solution we’re in the final stages of building out (details coming very soon!)
- Aerial photography is a highly regulated service that requires licensing, additional insurance, waivers, and specialized training. We want to be able to continue to offer that service at a high level.
- This helps us attract and retain better talent in all positions, but especially in our field positions.
When will the changes take place?
- Changes to our video service will take effect on July 3rd, 2023. Any shoots booked prior to this date will be grandfathered in at current pricing & deliverables.
