How many photos should I get?

Our enhanced photos come in sets of 20, 35, 50, 65, 80, or 100. We recommend considering the square footage of your listing when choosing the amount of photos you’d like. Our photographers will use the amount of photos purchased to best capture your listing. If you have requested angles, please let us know when booking your shoot. (more…)

How should I prepare my listing?

Our photographers do not stage or clean during appointments, they shoot the property as is! Make sure your listing is ready to shoot, prior to our arrival. Follow our home prep guide to ensure your listing is 100% shoot ready. Time on site can vary based on services, please let us know if you have any questions about timing on-site. (more…)

What is the pay policy?

Our payment policy is that we require a credit card to hold your shoot time. We don’t process the card until after your shoot is completed! (more…)

When will my files be delivered?

We guarantee next-day delivery on all photos, highlight videos, and 3D modeling. That means your files will be delivered to you by 5 pm, the day after your shoot. Our custom items, such as Virtual Showing and Virtual Staging, are delivered to you within 48 hours. Our media team is always available for your support or questions. (more…)

What is the cancellation policy?

Shoots cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, not due to inclement weather, are subject to a cancellation fee. Make sure to confirm that the listing is 100% ready to shoot, at least 24 hours in advance. (more…)

What is the rain policy?

In the event of inclement weather, our scheduling team will reach out to confirm the status of your shoot. We recommend rescheduling for nice weather but ultimately, we allow you to make the final decision. If you are rescheduling your shoot due to inclement weather, we require a minimum 2-hour notice.
