There is a lot that goes into getting your listing ready for buyers. Often times there still needs to be contract work or cleaning done at the property before you are ready to go live. We always recommend making your listing look its absolute best before marketing especially since you might only get one shot at a customer.
In order for our photographers to be as efficient as possible and get you the best photos we ask that you take in consideration when you are scheduling additional services. Working around a contractor will delay the overall shoot time and potentially prevent us from getting you the best shots.
