Choosing a content package for your listing should be easy. It can be tough when each of your listings requires a different set of marketing tools. We understand the struggle. Here’s a quick comparison of our packages, to help make it a little bit easier.
All of our packages include your selection of enhanced photos, ranging from 20-100 photos. Our team can help you select a photo count if you’re unsure of the amount needed. Our photographers can always upgrade your photo count, or services, on-site- it’s never too late to upgrade your shoot!
Feature Package
The Feature Package includes enhanced photos, a listing highlight video for social media and MLS, and a Virtual Showing video. This package provides a 24/7 open house, with an agent-led walk through video of the home. You can show off the best highlights of the listing and your potential buyers can view it virtually.
Eligible Upgrades: Twilight add-on, Aerial add-on, 3D Modeling Add-On
Standard Package
The Standard Package includes enhanced photos, a listing highlight video for social media and MLS, and 3D modeling by Matterport. This package covers all of the bases of a complete listing package, without any of the extras.

Aerial Package
The Aerial Package includes enhanced photos, a listing highlight video for social media and MLS, and aerial media to include both photo and video footage. This package gives a birds-eye view of your listing, that’s perfect for showing off waterfront properties or those on large acreage.
Eligible Upgrades: Twilight add-on, 3D Modeling Add-On
3D Package
The 3D Package includes enhanced photos, and 3D modeling by Matterport. This package offers an added level of convenience to buyers, as they’re able to click-through a dollhouse view of the listing, alongside the photo set.

Video Package
The Video Package includes enhanced photos, and a listing highlight video for social media and MLS. It has the basic content elements to list any home!
